Confidentiality

We value your privacy. Any information provided by our clients will never be shared with third parties outside our organisation.

Secure Data Storage

All collected data is securely stored and restricted to essential personnel only. Employees with access are given information on a need-to-know basis:

  • Credit card details are accessible only to the accounting team.
  • Contact information and trip details are available to the dispatch team and assigned drivers.

All employees are required to strictly adhere to confidentiality protocols. No employee is permitted to use any of the information provided for personal use. Nor are they allowed to contact a client outside of company-specified channels of communication.

Data Retention & Deletion

  • Sensitive information (e.g., payment details) is automatically deleted 45 days after the end of service, unless the client consents to retain it for future bookings.
  • Trip details (e.g., locations, emails, texts, phone numbers) are stored permanently in our dispatch records. Clients may request deletion of their personal data 14 months after the service ends.

Communication Consent

By filling out our contact forms or quote request forms, clients consent to receiving emails and text messages related to their inquiry.

Opt-Out Option

Clients may unsubscribe from our communications at any time. Simply reply “STOP” to cease receiving messages from us.
