AMZ Limo Terms Of Service
Reservation Deposit
- Upon making the reservation, you will be charged a 25% non-refundable deposit.
- The signed contract must be received to confirm the reservation. Failure to provide the signed contract will result in no refund of the deposit, and the vehicle cannot be dispatched.
- For verification purposes, please include a copy of your credit card (front and back) and a driver’s license.
Payment Terms
- Balance Due: The remaining balance must be paid in full two days prior to the service.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- 14-Day Cancellation Window: Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled service will be charged the full amount.

- Credit for Future Bookings: Non-refundable deposits can be used as credit for future bookings within 30 days of the credit being issued.
Grace Periods
- Pick-Up Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is provided for pick-up from residences or points of interest.
- Flight Arrival Grace Period: A 45-minute grace period is offered for flight arrivals.
- After these grace periods, a $40 late fee per hour will apply.
Liability for Delays
AMZ Limo Service will not be held liable for delays caused by:
- Bad road conditions
- Inclement weather
- Accidents
- Breakdowns or other conditions beyond the company’s control
Vehicle Inspections and Replacement
- All specialty vehicles are thoroughly inspected before each trip.
- If a mechanical failure occurs, the replacement vehicle may differ in type or style depending on availability.
- AMZ Limo Service is not liable for consequential damages or refunds resulting from mechanical failures beyond their control.
Fees and Adjustments
- Additional Charges: Changes to the service, additional mileage, or requests for extra hours will incur additional fees.
- Rate Adjustments: The final rate is subject to change based on services such as meet-and-greet, wait time, stops, tolls, parking, or other miscellaneous fees.
- Final Total: The estimated total will be included in the confirmation, with the final total calculated within 48 hours of reservation completion.
No-Show Fee
To avoid a no-show fee, do not leave the airport without first contacting the office at (844) 506-6840 for assistance.
Passenger Conduct and Responsibility
- Drivers and subcontractors reserve the right to refuse transportation to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior may disturb other passengers or compromise the safe operation of the vehicle.
Underage Passengers
- Minors must be accompanied by parents/legal guardians or have a signed waiver of responsibility.
- Contracts will not be signed with minors. Contracts must be signed by a legal adult who accepts full liability for the service.
Alcohol Regulations
- If alcohol is served, the contract signer must be at least 21 years old at the time of signing.
- No passengers under 21 years of age are allowed in the vehicle when alcohol is served.
Cleaning and Damage Fees
- Cleaning Fee: Unusual cleaning or damages to seats, windows, or equipment caused by passengers will incur a $250 minimum fee.
- Garbage bags will be provided by the driver.
- Smoking Prohibited: Smoking any substance in the vehicle will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Threats or Illegal Activity
- Any physical or verbal threats to drivers will result in:
- Immediate event termination
- Police intervention
- Responsibility for the full contract cost and any additional fees
- Presence of firearms or illegal substances in the vehicle will lead to:
- The driver contacting 911
- Immediate termination of service without refund
Lost Items
- AMZ Limo Service is not liable for any items left in the vehicles.
- Found items will be stored in the office for 3 days, after which they will be disposed of if not claimed.
Legal Responsibility
The contract signer is legally responsible for the conduct and activities of all guests onboard the vehicle.
